Two Recent New Employees Are Helping Us Reach New Heights

We're expanding our already expert personnel to include the highly experienced and witty, Joe Caligiuri and the intelligent and driven, Nicole Koerner.

Both were hired this past quarter and we can tell that Healthy Basements is on the move to new heights!

Joe is our system design specialist and offers a complete line of: Waterproofing products, Mold Remediation, General Restoration and Repair Services, as well as Customer Service. We're so happy and proud to have him on-board.

In 1985 he founded Duraclean Specialists and was president/vice president until 2000. He then became the operations manager at Trade-Winds Environmental Restoration, Inc. and took a hiatus for two years working as the president and founder at Crest Services, Inc. and returned in 2006 to Trade-Winds once Crest was off the ground.

He also has numerous certifications including being a team leader and director of operations at Ground Zero. He's a certified mold inspector and has completed trainings for water and fire restoration, lead renovation, mold awareness, hazmat, and more!

Nicole is our emergency service operations manager and runs our emergency services such as water, fire and mold restoration. She's also a member of the marketing team! She works with our finishing/repairs, water damage restoration, fire/smoke restoration, mold remediation, and basement waterproofing in Long Island.

Nicole comes to us with a high level of background knowledge in emergency service restoration and management. At Paul Davis Restoration, Nicole worked as the construction project manager, warehouse operations manager and field technician for fire, water and mold cleanups. Then for the following two years she was the project manager for Servpro Restoration.

In addition to her stable work experience, Nicole has acquired several certifications including becoming a water, fire and smoke damage restoration technician. She's also completed the applied structural drying certification and EPA lead certification.
