You have a great product. We saw the improvement immediately. The sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy. Your weakness is your installation crew. Also, phone notification of changes would be nice. Eventually all was done satisfactory.
After last night's rainstorm, I can confidently say that my basement does not leak. I just cannot believe the difference in the cellar environment; no more musty smell, no water. Excellence all around!!!

The difference in my crawlspace is as promised - "ilke night and day". I look forward to occasional trips into the space without a hazmat suit. More importantly, I am very hopeful that the better insulation in the now sealed crawlspace will mean no fear of frozen pipes.
Judging from the amount of times the new sump pump system kicked during the weekend Nor'easter on 10/29/11 on I have to believe that without the sump pump I would have had an incursion of water in my basement as other storms have caused. A worthwhile investment from a reputable company.

The whole process and completion ofthe task was done in great fashion. I greatly appreciate all the professionalism along the way. From the office help to the installation crew, everyone was extremely nice. Our salesman, Jeff, did an outstanding job of walking me through the process and he came to the house numerous times to answer my questions before and after the installation. He went above and beyond any of my expectation. I really appreciated that! The installation crew was fantastic. Lou and his crew were awesome. Very professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently and the cleanup was excellent.
We are very pleased with the company, the installation and clean-up, and the pleasant responses we have gotten to all our questions throughout our job. We highly recommend this company.

Todd promised me a minimum of a three year warrany.As of today, I have not received anything confirming this. Also, Mike Quinn seemed unprepared for the job when he got here. He was unaware of the the size of the fittings and had to go to Lowes for materials.I wasn't sure that the job could be done. In the end, he did a good job. I do think the price was quite high(additional $175/pump extra)considering that he didn't have much extra line to replace.I'm happy they are in, and hope they work as planned.
From start to finish the entire project was well handled and managed. The additional work needed for electrical and plumbing that I needed done was completed by licensed professionals recommended by the project manager. I was very satisfied with all the work that was completed. The dehumidifiers, sump pump and healthy space crawl space liner are great. The Healthy Basement System has changed the environment in our home for the better. It is one of the best investments we have made in our home.
