You have a great product. We saw the improvement immediately. The sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy. Your weakness is your installation crew. Also, phone notification of changes would be nice. Eventually all was done satisfactory.

We were scheduled for a job evaluation. Even received a written confirmation. On the date of the evaluation, no one came. We called the office and they said it had been cancelled. It would have been nice to be notified.

OK. They came late and left early (after 4 hours of work). Didn't finish the job. We rescheduled and they didn't show up. It took another schedule to get the job completed.
The Cleanup Process
